This website exists to document the breeding project that we've called "RATional Creatures" and to advertise the adoption of the offspring of this project.

We are located in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

Approximately twice a year we selectively breed from a line of hairless stock that are exceptionally intelligent and exceptionally well-tempered. Photos of the rats can be found in the menu links above.

We are hobby breeders and in no way consider ourselves a business. The purpose of RATional Creatures is to continue to breed a line of great pet rats with or without hair and to share them with those that will appreciate and love them for the wonderful creatures that they are. We are not a rattery, we are simply people who love rats and wish to perpetuate a very good line of hairless rats with love and care, and on a very limited basis.

All our rats are guaranteed and we will happily take returns for any reason at all.
